Makes 2 large pizzas

Dough:

Follows this recipe for dough

Activate the yeast:

  • 1 package of yeast
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar
  • 1 & 1/3 cups warm water
  • rest for 5 minutes

Then add:

  • 2 Tablespoons olive oil
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3.5 cups flour

Rest for 90 minutes.

Preheat oven to 475°

Split the dough in half, roll out, move to parchment paper-covered baking sheet.

Bake for ~6 minutes to start the bread, then take out & add sauce and toppings and cheese. Finish baking for ~8-12 minutes.

Sauce:

Jar of Pizza Sauce, stretched with garden tomatoes (diced). Add a little salt/garlic etc. to the sauce.

Toppings:

  • Chicken, Bacon Pineapple
  • Sun Dried Tomatoes
