There is a pork loin in the fridge. make marinade with: tamari (gluten free soy sauce), splash of sesame oil, squeeze of honey, salt, white pepper, garlic.

soak pork in marinade for at least 10 minutes.

preheat oven to 400.

cut up broccoli (two crowns)

slice fingerling potatoes and a few baby carrots.

put on baking sheet with parchment paper.

drizzle with olive oil and salt.

sear pork on stove top in stainless steel pan. once caramelized on all sides, finish in oven. pork should be removed from oven at 140 degrees.

love u.

Q: do I put both things in the same oven at the same temp or should I use to separate ovens for these two separate things?

A: you can put the pork to finish with the veggies, but the pork isn’t going to be in the oven long. it will be mostly cooked on the stovetop, and will likely be in the oven only about 10 minutes or so.
