Marinade the chicken:

1 Tablespoon of each of the following:

  • Chinese Cooking Wine
  • Mirin
  • Coconut Aminos
  • Sesame Oil
  • Oyster Sauce

Chili Garlic Sauce (just a splash)

Rice in the rice cooker

(2:1 ratio of water to rice, typically 3 cups water, 1.5 cups rice)

Grill or bake chicken

Steam some veggies, mix with rice
